How is it rented?

Spaces on a floor map Each one has a place on a floor — lockers, desks, parking spots, storage bins. People pick theirs on the map. Items from stock Interchangeable items handed out by quantity at each location — equipment, passes, keys. People reserve a size.

To switch to a floor map, first end its 7 active reservations on Rentals.

Most one person can rent 0 means no limit. Per-building limits under Locations override this. Default rental length (days) Used when no term covers the dates.
