Terms
Rental periods (semesters, seasons). Rentals end with the term and renewals roll into the next one.
Terms define recurring rental cycles (e.g. semesters). New rentals default to expire on the EndDate of the term that contains today (or the next term's EndDate when the current one is within 2 weeks of ending). A renewal notice is automatically sent notice_weeks_before weeks before each term's EndDate.
